- 200g pasta of your choice
- 250g ricotta cheese
- 300g broccoli, cut into florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Parmesan cheese, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss the broccoli with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the broccoli on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
- Drain the pasta and return it to the pot.
- Add the ricotta cheese and roasted broccoli to the pasta.
- Toss everything together until well combined.
- Serve with grated Parmesan cheese on top.

- You can use any pasta you prefer.
- Feel free to add garlic for extra flavor.
