Ingredients

- 8 oz pasta
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 chicken breasts, cooked and diced
- 1 cup spinach, fresh
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add cooked chicken and spinach, cooking until spinach wilts.
- Stir in ricotta cheese and mix well.
- Add cooked pasta to the pan and combine.
- Sprinkle with parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Feel free to add other vegetables.
- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- Use whole wheat pasta for a healthier option.
