Description

A creamy and flavorful ricotta chicken pasta dish.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 chicken breasts, cooked and diced
  • 1 cup spinach, fresh
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
  2. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add cooked chicken and spinach, cooking until spinach wilts.
  5. Stir in ricotta cheese and mix well.
  6. Add cooked pasta to the pan and combine.
  7. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
  8. Serve hot.
