Description
Rice paper dumplings filled with fresh vegetables and herbs.
Ingredients
- Rice paper wrappers – 10 sheets
- Shredded carrots – 1 cup
- Shredded cabbage – 1 cup
- Sliced bell pepper – 1 cup
- Fresh mint leaves – 1/2 cup
- Fresh cilantro – 1/2 cup
- Cooked shrimp (optional) – 1 cup
- Dipping sauce – to taste
Instructions
- Soak rice paper wrappers in warm water until soft.
- Place a small amount of vegetables and herbs on each wrapper.
- Add shrimp if using.
- Fold the sides of the wrapper over the filling.
- Roll tightly from the bottom to create a dumpling.
- Serve with dipping sauce.
