Description

A delicious blend of cheesecake and rice krispie treats.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups Rice Krispies
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 package cream cheese (8 oz)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat.
  2. Add marshmallows and stir until melted.
  3. Remove from heat and mix in Rice Krispies.
  4. Press mixture into the bottom of a pan.
  5. In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
  6. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, mix well.
  7. Fold in whipped cream gently.
  8. Spread cheesecake mixture over the Rice Krispies base.
  9. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  10. Slice and serve.
