Description
A delicious blend of cheesecake and rice krispie treats.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups Rice Krispies
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 package cream cheese (8 oz)
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup whipped cream
Instructions
- Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat.
- Add marshmallows and stir until melted.
- Remove from heat and mix in Rice Krispies.
- Press mixture into the bottom of a pan.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla, mix well.
- Fold in whipped cream gently.
- Spread cheesecake mixture over the Rice Krispies base.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Slice and serve.
Notes
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- Use fresh ingredients for best flavor.
- Top with extra whipped cream if desired.
