Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat butter and sugar until creamy.
  4. Add egg, vanilla, and food coloring to the butter mixture.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
  6. Fold in white chocolate chips.
  7. Drop tablespoons of dough onto a baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
  9. Cool on a wire rack.
