Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 15×10 inch jelly roll pan and line with parchment paper.
  3. In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  4. In another bowl, beat butter and sugar until fluffy.
  5. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing well.
  6. Stir in buttermilk and red food coloring.
  7. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
  8. Spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  10. Let the cake cool for 10 minutes, then roll it up in a towel.
  11. For the filling, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar, then fold in crushed Oreos.
  12. Unroll the cooled cake, spread the filling, and roll it back up.
  13. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
