Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, sugar, salt, baking powder, and baking soda.
  3. In another bowl, combine milk, vegetable oil, egg, food coloring, and vanilla.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients until a dough forms.
  5. Roll out the dough into a rectangle.
  6. Spread softened butter over the dough.
  7. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over butter.
  8. Roll the dough tightly and cut into rolls.
