Ingredients

- 1 cup red velvet cake mix
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the red velvet cake mix, melted butter, egg, and vanilla.
- Add in the cream cheese and sugar, then blend until smooth.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Pour the mixture into mini muffin tins.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until set.
- Let cool before serving.
