Description
Delicious red velvet cake pops coated in chocolate.
Ingredients

- 1 box red velvet cake mix
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup water
- 1 container cream cheese frosting
- 1 cup chocolate melting wafers
- Sprinkles for decoration
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare cake mix according to package instructions.
- Bake the cake for 30 minutes and let it cool.
- Crumble the cooled cake into a large bowl.
- Add cream cheese frosting and mix until combined.
- Form mixture into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Chill cake balls in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Melt chocolate wafers in a microwave.
- Dip the end of a lollipop stick into the melted chocolate and insert it into each cake ball.
- Coat each cake pop in melted chocolate and add sprinkles.
- Let them set on wax paper until chocolate hardens.
Notes
- Store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
- You can use different colors of melting chocolate.
