Ingredients

- 2 red snapper fillets
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon Creole seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/2 cup diced bell pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic. Sauté until soft.
- Season the mixture with Creole seasoning.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
- In another pan, cook red snapper fillets until golden on both sides.
- Serve fillets topped with creamy Creole sauce.
