Description
Delicious raspberry truffles made with fresh raspberries and chocolate.
Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 8 oz dark chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- Cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
- Puree raspberries in a blender.
- Heat cream in a saucepan until simmering.
- Remove from heat and add chopped chocolate.
- Stir until smooth and combined.
- Add raspberry puree and powdered sugar. Mix well.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Once firm, scoop out small portions and roll into balls.
- Dust truffles with cocoa powder.
- Store in a cool place until serving.
