Description

Delicious raspberry truffles made with chocolate and fresh raspberries.


Ingredients

  • 200g dark chocolate
  • 100g fresh raspberries
  • 50g cream
  • 50g butter
  • Cocoa powder for dusting

Instructions

  1. Melt the dark chocolate in a bowl over simmering water.
  2. In a separate bowl, mash the raspberries.
  3. Mix the cream and butter into the melted chocolate.
  4. Add the mashed raspberries to the chocolate mixture.
  5. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  6. Form small balls of the mixture and roll them in cocoa powder.
  7. Chill the truffles again before serving.
