Delicious raspberry truffles made with chocolate and fresh raspberries.
Ingredients

- 200g dark chocolate
- 100g fresh raspberries
- 50g cream
- 50g butter
- Cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
- Melt the dark chocolate in a bowl over simmering water.
- In a separate bowl, mash the raspberries.
- Mix the cream and butter into the melted chocolate.
- Add the mashed raspberries to the chocolate mixture.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Form small balls of the mixture and roll them in cocoa powder.
- Chill the truffles again before serving.
Notes
- Use high-quality chocolate for better flavor.
- Adjust raspberry quantity to taste.
- Keep truffles refrigerated.
