Delicious raspberry oatmeal crumble bars with a sweet and tart filling.
Ingredients

- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 cups fresh raspberries
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix oats, flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, salt, and baking powder.
- Pour melted butter into the mixture and stir until crumbly.
- Press half of the mixture into a greased baking pan.
- In another bowl, combine raspberries and lemon juice.
- Spread raspberry mixture over the pressed oat layer.
- Sprinkle the remaining oat mixture on top of the raspberries.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool before cutting into bars.
Notes
- Store bars in an airtight container.
- Use frozen raspberries if fresh ones are unavailable.
