Description

Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, powdered sugar, and melted butter.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased baking dish.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes until lightly golden.
  5. In another bowl, whisk eggs, granulated sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest, and salt.
