Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, cream the butter and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Add vanilla extract and mix well.
- In another bowl, combine flour, oats, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry mixture to the butter mixture.
- Gently fold in raspberries.
- Drop spoonfuls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle brown sugar on top of each cookie.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
