Description

Delicious raspberry cream cheese bites for a sweet treat.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 package puff pastry (2 sheets)
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry and cut into squares.
  4. Place a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture and a raspberry in the center of each square.
  5. Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling and seal.
  6. Brush the tops with beaten egg.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool before serving.
