Description

This raspberry chia jam is a healthy and easy spread. It’s perfect for toast, yogurt, or desserts.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh raspberries
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine raspberries and maple syrup over medium heat.
  2. Cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until raspberries break down.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in chia seeds and lemon juice.
  4. Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes to thicken.
  5. Transfer to a jar and refrigerate.
