Description
A refreshing and flavorful pasta salad with ranch dressing.
Ingredients

- 8 oz pasta
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/2 cup red onion, diced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
- Drain and rinse under cold water.
- In a large bowl, combine pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and cheddar cheese.
- Add ranch dressing and parsley.
- Toss to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add other vegetables.
- This salad can be made a day in advance.
- Adjust dressing to taste.
