Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 cup red onion, diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions.
  2. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  3. In a large bowl, combine pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and cheddar cheese.
  4. Add ranch dressing and parsley.
