- 8 oz elbow macaroni
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the macaroni according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Add ranch seasoning, milk, and sour cream to the beef. Stir well.
- Mix in the cooked macaroni and half of the cheddar cheese.
- Cook until heated through. Add remaining cheese on top and cover until melted.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
Notes
- Feel free to add vegetables like peas or broccoli.
- You can substitute ground turkey for a leaner option.
- Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
