Description

A creamy and flavorful macaroni dish with ranch seasoning, beef, and cheddar cheese.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz elbow macaroni
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the macaroni according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add ranch seasoning, milk, and sour cream to the beef. Stir well.
  4. Mix in the cooked macaroni and half of the cheddar cheese.
  5. Cook until heated through. Add remaining cheese on top and cover until melted.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
