Ingredients

- 1 cup quinoa
- 1 cup cooked lentils
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Cook the quinoa according to package instructions.
- In a bowl, mix cooked quinoa, lentils, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Cook the patties for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.

- These burgers freeze well.
