Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked quinoa
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup flaxseed meal
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cooked quinoa, almond flour, flaxseed meal, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add water, olive oil, and honey or maple syrup. Stir until combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased loaf pan.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Let it cool before slicing.
