Description

A simple and fast recipe for spinach pasta.


Ingredients

  • 200g pasta
  • 150g fresh spinach
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese for serving

Instructions

  1. Boil water in a large pot and cook the pasta according to package instructions.
  2. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
  5. Drain the pasta and add it to the pan with spinach and garlic.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper.
  7. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese on top.
