- 2 chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Add chicken to the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
- Add broccoli and bell pepper to the pan.
- Sauté for an additional 5 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- Serve hot.
