A delicious and easy punch bowl cake perfect for any gathering.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 box of yellow cake mix
- 1 cup of water
- 1/3 cup of vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs
- 1 package of instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups of milk
- 1 can of pineapple chunks, drained
- 2 cups of sliced strawberries
- 1 tub of whipped topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix cake mix, water, oil, and eggs in a bowl.
- Pour into a greased cake pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Let the cake cool completely.
- In another bowl, mix pudding and milk until thick.
- Crumble the cake into a punch bowl.
- Add layers of pudding, pineapple, strawberries, and whipped topping.
- Repeat layers until all ingredients are used.
- Chill in the fridge for 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh fruits for better flavor.
- Can substitute other fruits as desired.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
