- 2 cups pumpkin puree
- 1 cup sugar

- 3 eggs

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, sugar, and eggs.
- Add flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Stir in vegetable oil until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool before serving.
