Description

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs boneless ham
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Place the ham in a roasting pan.
  3. In a bowl, mix barbecue sauce, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the sauce mixture over the ham.
  5. Cover the pan with foil and bake for 2-3 hours.
  6. Remove the ham and let it rest for 15 minutes.
  7. Shred the ham using two forks.
  8. Serve with your choice of sides or on buns.
