- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup salsa
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Mix pulled chicken with taco seasoning.
- Place a tortilla in the skillet and add a layer of chicken and cheese.
- Top with another tortilla and cook until golden brown.
- Flip and cook the other side until crispy.
- Remove from skillet and cut into triangles.
- Serve with salsa.
