- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crock pot.
- In a bowl, mix BBQ sauce, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred the chicken with two forks in the pot.
- Mix the shredded chicken with the sauce.
