A light and fluffy dessert made with pudding and Cool Whip.
Ingredients

- 1 package instant pudding mix (3.4 oz)
- 2 cups milk
- 1 container Cool Whip (8 oz)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Optional: chocolate shavings or fruit for topping
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the instant pudding mix and milk.
- Whisk until smooth and thickened.
- Fold in the Cool Whip gently until combined.
- Add vanilla extract and mix well.
- Spoon the mixture into serving dishes.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- Serve with optional toppings if desired.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use whole milk.
- This dessert can be made a day in advance.
- Experiment with different pudding flavors.
