Ingredients

  • 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup vegetable broth

  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

  3. Add cooked lentils, diced tomatoes, and vegetable broth.
  4. Stir in oregano and basil.
