A delicious and comforting potsticker soup filled with flavor.
Ingredients

- 1 package of frozen potstickers
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup chopped bok choy
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Add mushrooms and bok choy, cooking until tender.
- Add frozen potstickers and cook according to package instructions.
- Stir in soy sauce, green onions, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer for 5 minutes and serve hot.
Notes
- Use any type of frozen potstickers you prefer.
- Feel free to add other vegetables like carrots or spinach.
- Adjust soy sauce to taste for more or less saltiness.
