Description

A delicious and comforting potsticker soup filled with flavor.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of frozen potstickers
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup chopped bok choy
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  4. Add mushrooms and bok choy, cooking until tender.
  5. Add frozen potstickers and cook according to package instructions.
  6. Stir in soy sauce, green onions, salt, and pepper.
  7. Simmer for 5 minutes and serve hot.

Notes

  • Use any type of frozen potstickers you prefer.
  • Feel free to add other vegetables like carrots or spinach.
