Description

A delicious and comforting noodle bowl with potstickers.


Ingredients

  • 8 potstickers
  • 200g noodles
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Cook the potstickers according to package instructions.
  2. Boil the noodles in a pot of water until tender, then drain.
  3. In a separate pot, bring vegetable broth to a simmer.
  4. Add soy sauce and sesame oil to the broth.
  5. Add mixed vegetables and cook until tender.
  6. Add the cooked noodles to the broth mixture.
  7. Serve the noodles in bowls, topped with potstickers and green onions.
