Ingredients

- 8 potstickers
- 200g noodles
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 cup mixed vegetables
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Cook the potstickers according to package instructions.
- Boil the noodles in a pot of water until tender, then drain.
- In a separate pot, bring vegetable broth to a simmer.
- Add soy sauce and sesame oil to the broth.
- Add mixed vegetables and cook until tender.
- Add the cooked noodles to the broth mixture.
- Serve the noodles in bowls, topped with potstickers and green onions.

- Feel free to use any type of noodles.
