Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and cut the potatoes into wedges.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Toss the potato wedges in the spice mixture.
- Place the wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for crispiness; cook for an additional 5 minutes if needed.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, soak the wedges in water for 30 minutes before cooking.
- Adjust spices according to your taste.
