- 4 large portobello mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Clean the portobello mushrooms with a damp cloth.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the mixture onto both sides of the mushrooms.
- Place the mushrooms on the grill, gill side down.
- Grill for 4-5 minutes, then flip and grill for another 4-5 minutes.
- Remove from grill and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Serve with grilled vegetables or a fresh salad.
- Can be marinated for 30 minutes for extra flavor.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
