Description

Delicious pizza topped with mushrooms, mozzarella, and truffle oil.


Ingredients

  • 1 pizza dough
  • 200g mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 150g mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons truffle oil
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
  3. Place the rolled dough on a baking sheet.
  4. Spread the shredded mozzarella evenly over the dough.
  5. Distribute the sliced mushrooms on top of the cheese.
  6. Drizzle truffle oil over the pizza.
  7. Sprinkle salt and black pepper to taste.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the crust is golden.
  9. Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley.
  10. Slice and serve hot.
