- 200g mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 150g mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tablespoons truffle oil
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
- Place the rolled dough on a baking sheet.
- Spread the shredded mozzarella evenly over the dough.
- Distribute the sliced mushrooms on top of the cheese.
- Drizzle truffle oil over the pizza.
- Sprinkle salt and black pepper to taste.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the crust is golden.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh parsley.
- Slice and serve hot.
