- 1 package of pizza dough
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
- 1/4 cup pizza sauce
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
- Cut the dough into small squares.
- Place a spoonful of cheese and a few pepperoni slices on each square.
- Add a small amount of pizza sauce on top.
- Fold the dough over to create pockets and seal the edges.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
