Ingredients

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup pink food coloring
- 1/2 cup whipped cream
- 1/2 cup chocolate crumbs for crust
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add sour cream, flour, vanilla extract, and baking powder. Mix well.
- Stir in pink food coloring until well combined.
- Fold in whipped cream gently.
- Prepare a muffin tin with cupcake liners and fill each liner with a layer of chocolate crumbs.
- Spoon the cheesecake mixture over the crust.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until set.
- Allow to cool and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
