Description

Delicious, tropical dessert bars made with pineapple.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup coconut flakes
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix crushed pineapple, coconut flakes, and sugar.
  3. Add melted butter and graham cracker crumbs, mix well.
  4. In another bowl, whisk eggs and vanilla extract.
  5. Combine both mixtures and pour into a greased baking dish.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Let cool before cutting into bars.
