Description
Delicious, tropical dessert bars made with pineapple.
Ingredients

- 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 cup coconut flakes
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix crushed pineapple, coconut flakes, and sugar.
- Add melted butter and graham cracker crumbs, mix well.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs and vanilla extract.
- Combine both mixtures and pour into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool before cutting into bars.
Notes
- Store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
- Can be topped with whipped cream for extra flavor.
- Feel free to adjust sugar based on your taste.
