Description

A delicious twist on classic meatloaf featuring philly cheesesteak flavors.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, sauté the onion, bell pepper, and garlic until softened.
  3. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, eggs, sautéed vegetables, cheese, beef broth, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
  4. Mix well and shape into a loaf.
  5. Place the meatloaf in a baking dish.
  6. Bake for 1 hour or until cooked through.
  7. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
