A delicious twist on classic meatloaf featuring the flavors of a Philly cheesesteak.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup diced bell peppers
- 1 cup diced onions
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix ground beef, bell peppers, onions, breadcrumbs, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place it in a baking dish.
- Bake for 45 minutes.
- Sprinkle shredded provolone cheese on top and return to the oven for an additional 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
