Description

A delicious twist on classic meatloaf featuring the flavors of a Philly cheesesteak.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1 cup diced onions
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix ground beef, bell peppers, onions, breadcrumbs, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place it in a baking dish.
  4. Bake for 45 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle shredded provolone cheese on top and return to the oven for an additional 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
  6. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
