Description

A creamy and savory dip inspired by the classic Philly cheesesteak.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 lb ribeye steak, cooked and chopped
  • 1/2 cup onions, sautéed
  • 1/2 cup green bell pepper, sautéed
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and Worcestershire sauce until smooth.
  3. Add the cooked steak, sautéed onions, bell peppers, garlic, and cheeses. Mix well.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
