A creamy and savory dip inspired by the classic Philly cheesesteak.
Ingredients

- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 lb ribeye steak, cooked and chopped
- 1/2 cup onions, sautéed
- 1/2 cup green bell pepper, sautéed
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, and Worcestershire sauce until smooth.
- Add the cooked steak, sautéed onions, bell peppers, garlic, and cheeses. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Serve warm with bread or chips.
Notes
- For a spicier dip, add diced jalapeños.
- Use leftover steak for convenience.
- Can be prepared ahead and baked when ready to serve.
