- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 4 cups frozen hash browns
- 2 cups shredded provolone cheese
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
- Add the onion, bell pepper, and mushrooms. Cook until softened.
- Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- In a large baking dish, layer the frozen hash browns.
- Add the beef mixture on top of the hash browns.
- Pour the beef broth over the top.
- Sprinkle with provolone cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until heated through and cheese is bubbly.
