Ingredients

  • 4 cups frozen hash browns
  • 2 cups shredded provolone cheese
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
  3. Add the onion, bell pepper, and mushrooms. Cook until softened.
  4. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  5. In a large baking dish, layer the frozen hash browns.
  6. Add the beef mixture on top of the hash browns.
  7. Pour the beef broth over the top.
