A hearty breakfast casserole with the flavors of a Philly cheesesteak.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 8 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups shredded provolone cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 4 cups cubed bread
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef, onion, and bell pepper until the beef is browned.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Add the beef mixture and cubed bread to the egg mixture and stir well.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Top with shredded provolone cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until set and golden.
Notes
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- You can add mushrooms or jalapeños for extra flavor.
