Ingredients

- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cucumber, sliced
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 avocado, diced

- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Instructions
- Season the steak with salt and pepper.
- Grill or pan-sear the steak to your desired doneness.

- In a bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, avocado, and feta cheese.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
