A festive peppermint treat perfect for Christmas.
Ingredients

- 1 cup crushed peppermint candies
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Crush the peppermint candies and set aside.
- In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until it starts to simmer.
- Remove from heat and add white chocolate chips, stirring until melted.
- Add peppermint extract and salt, mixing well.
- Pour the mixture into a baking dish and sprinkle crushed peppermint on top.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours until set.
- Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Can be made a few days in advance.
