A creamy and flavorful dip made with Boursin cheese and pepper jelly.
Ingredients

- 8 oz Boursin cheese
- 1/2 cup pepper jelly
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine Boursin cheese, sour cream, and lemon juice.
- Mix until smooth.
- Stir in pepper jelly and black pepper.
- Transfer to a serving dish.
- Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Serve with crackers or fresh vegetables.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- Can be made a day in advance.
