Ingredients

- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1/4 cup warm water
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine peanut butter and soy sauce.
- Add honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
- Mix well until combined.
- Gradually add warm water until desired consistency is achieved.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
- Can be used as a salad dressing or marinade.
- Add chili flakes for a spicy kick.
