Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix peanut butter and softened butter until smooth.
  2. Add powdered sugar gradually, mixing until combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into egg shapes and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Freeze for 30 minutes to firm up.
  5. Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave or double boiler.
  6. Dip each frozen peanut butter egg into the chocolate, covering completely.
  7. Place back on the baking sheet and let cool until chocolate hardens.

Notes
