A delicious recipe for homemade peanut butter Easter eggs.

- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter and softened butter until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar gradually, mixing until combined.
- Shape the mixture into egg shapes and place on a baking sheet.
- Freeze for 30 minutes to firm up.
- Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave or double boiler.
- Dip each frozen peanut butter egg into the chocolate, covering completely.
- Place back on the baking sheet and let cool until chocolate hardens.
Notes
- Store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
- You can use dark chocolate instead of milk chocolate.
- Feel free to add a pinch of salt to the peanut butter mixture for extra flavor.
