Chewy and crunchy peanut butter bars packed with flavor.
Ingredients

- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup crispy rice cereal
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine peanut butter and honey over low heat until melted.
- Remove from heat and stir in oats and crispy rice cereal.
- Add chocolate chips and chopped nuts, mixing well.
- Press mixture into a greased 8×8 inch pan.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before cutting into bars.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge.
- Substitute honey with maple syrup for a vegan option.
