Description

Chewy and crunchy peanut butter bars packed with flavor.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup crispy rice cereal
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine peanut butter and honey over low heat until melted.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in oats and crispy rice cereal.
  3. Add chocolate chips and chopped nuts, mixing well.
  4. Press mixture into a greased 8×8 inch pan.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before cutting into bars.
