Delicious peanut butter chocolate chip bars that are easy to make.
Ingredients

- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix peanut butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs and vanilla extract, and mix well.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Spread the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool before cutting into bars.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Can be frozen for up to three months.
- Feel free to add nuts for extra crunch.
